westvirginia
Just further illustration of the rules of kickers. Unless you have some weird rules, you should: 1) never draft a kicker before the last round, 2) never waste a roster spot on a backup kicker, and, 3) never burn a keeper with a kicker. IIRC, DMD did an analysis which showed less than two points/game difference between something like the fifth best and 20th-best. Unless your kicker has a VERY rare blow-up game (like Billy Cundif's 7-FG night against the Giants on MNF a couple years-ago), most weeks they don't do much more than cancel each other out. in any given week. I lost 2 games this year after my kicker, Akers, went down. Having 2 kickers isn't a bad idea in some cases. Stover is coming around some, but if you can get someone who will produce it can be better than having a 5th WR or RB who never sees the field. Everyone's situation is different.
