Are the Broncos going to finally give up on Mike Anderson? And who the hell puts their full name on their jersey? I'm trying to place a value on Bell and, like other owners, I'm waffling on the "will he keep it going" question. Maybe some Broncos homers out there that are hearing things on local radio? TonyMantana Posted October 19, 2005 Share Posted October 19, 2005 I made a post pre-fantasy draft, and again after week 1 that basically said the following: Tatum Bell is explosive, fast, on a team that likes to run. He will also share lots of carries, probably won't be used much inside the 7yd line (excpet for maybe a PA pass) and will be prone to injury. I think it sill applies. He is a great fill in if you are hurting at RB. He will have big games and will have so-so games. I would call him a RB2.75. He gets his yards and scores on breakaways. Great YPC, but you won't see 100yds on 20 carries. So if he doesn't breakaway, neither do you. On the other hand, my brother the Broncos optimist calls him "Future."
