SBsportsfan Posted October 23, 2005 Share Posted October 23, 2005 Hi guys, someone offered me a trade of (my) Bulger for his Kelly Holcomb and Ahman Green. I really like this, since Id have to start simms on sunday, and the next sunday both my QB's have bye weeks. The only problem is I have no space for ahman on my starting roster. I suppose I could trade him to someone else, but thats no sure bet, and priest and tiki have both had their byes so he'd be rotting on my bench. But, if the trade could go through, I would be able to trade Taylor for M. Mohammed, which could be nice. Any thoughts? Yahoo 10-Man Football. All Td's 4 pts. Bree22 Posted October 23, 2005 Share Posted October 23, 2005 I wouldn't for the reasons that you stated. You do not need a RB to rot on your bench to have to drop someone else. You are basically trading Bugler for Holcome. Why? If you trade Bugler then you should be upgrading a position somewhere. You could use an upgrade at WR but Mohammed is not the upgrade that you need. I would keep looking and play Bugler or Martin until week 9 (bye week) and then drop Martin and pickup a bye week filler for week 9 and then repickup Martin as insurance for Bugler.
