WDIS Defensive help

In my league we start an overall defense, a pass defense, and a rush defense.

For rushing defenses, I have:

Denver (@KC)

SF (ARZ)

For passing defense, I have

ATL (@CAR)

ARZ (@SF)

Denver's my stud rush def, but SF is going against Arizona for god's sake. Does Arizona even have a RB? I'm leaning towards SF since KC has Larry Johnson. Am I nuts? I could be easily talked out of it though.

Atlanta's pass def is also my regular starter, but Steve Smith scares me. He hasn't scored the last couple of weeks. I also have him so I won't exactly feel bad if he does score. Arizona is also going against SF and it looks like Alex Smith is back. I'm actually thinking ARZ here, but again, I can be easily talked out of it.

Suggestions?

Scoring is as follows:

Rushing Defense

1. Rushing Yards Allowed: 1pt per 2 yards under 140, -1pts per 2 yards over 140.

2. Each Rushing TD Allowed = -12 pts

3. No RTD and <70 yards = 10 Bonus Pts

4. Fumbles Recovered = 6 Pts

5. Fumble Return TD = 12 Pts

6. Total for week cannot be less than 0.

Passing Defense

1. Passing Yards Allowed: 1pt per 4 yards under 280, -1pts per 2 yards over 280.

2. Each Passing TD Allowed = Minus 12 Pts

3. 0 PTD and <140 yards = 10 Bonus Pts

4. Interceptions = 6 Pts

5. Interception Return TD = 12 Pts

6. Sacks = 3 Pts

7. Total for week cannot be less than 0.

So basically you start off with 70 points and go down from there. Points seem high, but the rest of the league is scored in a very non-standard manner. Def points are usually 1/3-1/2 total weekly points, but can be much higher or lower for obvious reasons.
