Ziachild007
There were some talks between Him and Houston last week, but Kubiak decided to go with 2 co-coordinators Frank Bush and Richard Smith. However, the cards would not let Bush out of his contract, so the talks with Bates may be heating back up in the next few weeks.

bigdadreed
Reportedly, the Rams made him a pretty fat offer (1.2 million neighborhood) but he was stringging them along so they signed Haslett.

Fewell brings 21 years of coaching experience and eight years of NFL experience to Buffalo. In 2005, Fewell coached the Bears defensive backs to a very impressive year and guided safety Mike Brown and cornerback Nathan Vasher to the Pro Bowl. A vital part of the Chicago defensive staff, Fewell helped the Bears rank second in the NFC in total defense and third in passing defense. Under Fewell’s tutelage, the Bears finished first in the NFC with 24 interceptions.
