godtomsatan
I just mean that of course it's Clemens. Is this really a debate?

Is this really a debate? 1447331 I'm sure there are plenty of people that like Seaver over The Rocket (as shown by the voting), but I hear you. Zooty
Carlton is getting dissed at #9. He had a better career than Johnson and Pedro and was more dominate than Maddux. Could be better than Feller too but I never saw him play. I don't think he is far behind Seaver if he is behind him at all. Oh well, the more prominate players in one's memory will always be higher. godtomsatan
Is Warren Spahn dead? 1449254 I was going to suggest doing a "greatest dead pitchers" survey, but perhaps with the untimely demise of both Steve Howe and Russ Swan in the last week, maybe we should wait. Imagine if he hadn't gone to war for 3 years what his final numbers would have been. Not to take away anything from Ted Williams and Christy Mathewson, mind you.
