darin3 Posted July 1, 2006 Share Posted July 1, 2006 Just got back from the grocery store. Was in line behind a family from England (they had spamshirts on, kids' faces painted, etc.). They did not look happy. I said to the dad: "tough match, I can't stand Portugal". Wasn't happy. "Second time in 2 years to them", he replied. The wifey says "it's horrible to come so far and then lose". Those Euros take their soccer SO seriously. Gonna fire up the BBQ for some King Salmon straight from Alaska (buddy just got back from vacationing there), burgers, cheddar-brats and various chips n' dips.
