Little help

Recommended Posts

I get this:

The error returned was:

You are not allowed to upload that type of file as an avatar or personal photo

Previously, the only error I encountered with changing my av is that it has been too big a file. I would not think it could be objectional material. Any clues as to what that message means? It's saved as the same type of file as my current av.

Thanks.

It's gotta be a jpg or a gif. Try opening whatever file you have in Paint or some image editing app, then save it as a jpg or gif. If it's too big, shrink it.

If you need help, email it to me.
