rai
Hey, well I spent 2nd and 3rd round picks on WRs so I thought I'd be good to go. Didn't know SS would get hurt. I thought I had some OK WRs but got no TDs here are my results: 34 yrds for R.Smith and 67 yrds for R.Wayne and no TDs. Another problem with my league we only have 13 players, start 8. So only 5 non-players so there is not much room to keep crumb bums. I already have SS hogging one roster spot. I'd like some input on my team/drop add. I know you don't know who all's availible on the wire, but here's my team; what should I try to do with this motly crew? C-pepper Tiki R.Bush M.Bell Lundy Chester Taylor SS R.Wayne R.Smith Gonzo B.Watson Josh Brown Chicago Should I stick it out or jump on another QB or WR? is Lundy worth clogging my bench with? BTW QBs like Leftwich, Smith, Pennington, Fry, Grossman, and Carr are FAs WRs like Jenkins, Moulds, and Bruce are FAs thanks in advance BTW 10 team performance league (etc.) Edited September 11, 2006 by rai
Gros Membres!
If you feel strongly about your ability to have your RBs get through the season then drop Lundy. Mike Bell is already being outperformed and has a broken finger. Personally, I am just not a Watson fan. The offense in NE is not depndable for FF production outside of the RBs and Brady is consistent but never stellar, in terms of FF production. I would drop Watson. Or better yet try to trade him. I think CPep will be fine and I don't like him any more than those other options. Leftwish could be an interesting add if he stays healthy but I certainly wouldn't drop CPep for one of those schmucks. And out of those wide receivers I'd stay pat. Try to trade Watson for a decent #3. I'm not sold on any of your FA options. And think about not drafting 2 TEs in the future and drafting for depth at postions that require two to three players. Also, I have no idea what your bench or starting requirments are like so I am simply talking for a 3WR, 1 TE set with no requirments on bench. B.Watson was my last pick and I do need a TE for the by-week (week 3) after week 3 it will be easier to keep one TE.
junebugz
Out of anyone on that list I would drop Lundy.
