Red Storm
I am in a 12-team league with my team in signature. I can do without Alexander from this point on, but what could I expect in return for his value. I would also be giving the owner Morris as insurance. The Kevin Jones owner is interested and if he accepts, I would most likely accept the deal. Any thoughts?
snutch
SA for KJ is definitely worth it. I traded SA for J.Jones last week and I'm not looking back. Just read this on Yahoo "Jay Glazer, of FOXSports.com, reports Seattle Seahawks RB Shaun Alexander (foot) underwent X-rays Monday, Oct. 31, on his injured foot. The tests showed Alexander's foot was not healing the way the team expected it to and was only 70 percent healed. Alexander sent the pictures to a foot specialist in Dr. James Andrews' office for a second look. Both the Specialist and the Seahawks told Alexander it would be all right if he begins running in a straight line this week, but he has not been cleared to begin cutting on that foot. Alexander is scheduled to undergo another X-ray earlier this week to see if he could return to practice. "
Donkey
I traded SA for J. Lewis last week. With the recent reports I'm happy I did that.
Red Storm
Jamal Lewis is roughly the type of player I was expecting to receive in return for SA. Would I be better off with a Jamal Lewis type rb, or going for a better WR?
Donkey
I would say that would depend on your team needs. With Alexander down, I needed a RB and until last night M. Morris hadn't done a thing.
King
Alexander will be back and when he is his schedule is sweet. Also if he starts and is limited you know he'll be in for goal line carries so he still has value. I say his value is still high and should not be traded unless it's for a top 10. K. Jones for Alexander yes, Alexander for J. Lewis no. Can you get A. Thomas off waivers? http://forums.thehuddle.com/index.php?showtopic=183252

FWIW since Billick has taken over the O play calling, the focus is back on J. Lewis running the ball.
