FishFreak
Typical NFL bully ball. It's their way or the highway. You can't celebrate, you can't criticize the officials, you can't criticize the union, you basically can't say or do anything that's anti-NFL. It's really getting out of hand because the league does have flaws that could be improved.
Bushey
I say lets get rid of officials all together. With the unbelievable gains in technology today, why have humans officiate a game? When you think of it, it is impossible to do their jobs with gigantic tv screens everywhere that expose them for what they are: HUMANS. Just simply review every play. You could even install remote proximity sensors on players that would go off if defenders are holding them. Seriously, we are heading for a league without on the field officials. There will be no need to have them. Cameras can be installed anywhere you want and a computer upstairs could call the game based on the rules. The rules can be programmed in with some tolerances that allow some infractions. An example would be if a player stops holding after 2 seconds. Whatever. Who would these over sensitive coaches yell at then? How about the players that are committing the infractions?

That will never work or happen when judment calls like holding, pass interference, etc. have to be made. Defensive linemen will tell you the offensive line holds on every play. Technology can't make those kinds of calls because they are not cut and dry. Some are obvious, some are borderline and some get the old "just let em" play and keep the flag in your pocket.
