msaint
Rotoworld: Nick Saban said that 15-20 touches per game is ideal for Ronnie Brown. Brown averaged roughly 21 touches while piling up 1,281 total yards in 13 games. Saban's comments indicate that Ricky Williams or another runner could diminish Brown's workload next season, which would hamper Ronnie's fantasy potential. We've seen what Ronnie can do with a full load. He's a very good to great back when he gets carries, and yet it sounds like Saban wants him to share the load again next year....sheesh.... ....Saban to 'Bama anyone? PantherDave
I think Saban is as good as gone. For, one more non PO year in Miami and he's on the hot seat-maybe. So, here is one of the legendary schools in Div 1 with a offer of 8-10 years!!!!!! at around what 40 mill??? That is security people-he's gone. kwolf68
Yup. I will place Ronnie Brown on my list according to the presence of Saban and/or Mularkey. If both of those coaches remain, at best Brown is a mid 2nd rounder, AT BEST. However, if they bring in a coach that can properyl utilize his talents, then he is a real potential first rounder in the 7-10 range. msaint
Oy vey, if Mularkey alone is in charge of Brown, fuggedaboudit. He's "the cooler" of fantasy RB's...
