Ursa Majoris
that bothers you? too much information? Well, he means over half of it had nothing to do with the subject. It had three or four separate articles in it.
Vet
...the Chiefs take care of their vets. At the expense of winning.
Hat Trick
This is pretty much it in a nutshell. I think it costs the Chiefs $11-$12 million to sign him, but if they don't franchise him I could see Gonzalez taking off for similar money to a situation that gets him to the playoffs. Though I don't see Green Bay as any closer to a long run in the playoffs than the Chiefs. My gut tells me they sign him, if only to send a message to the rest of the league that the Chiefs take care of their vets. They did the same thing for Priest. But it wouldn't really break my heart if he left. The Chiefs have WAY too many needs and that $12 mil would come in handy. And Gonzo doesn't owe us anything: he's earned every penney and every Chief's fans lifetime respect. I agree with all of this, however I hate to see guys like Richardson and Gonzalez go, guys that spent all or almost all of there careers here and were dominate at what they do. I want Tonyto stay, and I also want T-Rich back as well.
