ateam1970
Serpentine verses regular draft for fantasy draft? We have no keeper this year. which do you guys think is better and why? I really could use the help Thanks Edited January 30, 2007 by ateam1970
Mojo20
If there are no keepers serpentine is probably the best. With Keepers probably reverse order of record (worst record to best).
Big Country
With no keepers, doing a regular draft is inherently unfair to the teams picking at the end of every round, and unfairly advantageous to the team picking first each round. For a low number of keepers, IMO 1/3rd or less of total roster, I still go serpentine, or at most a modified regular where only the first couple rounds are regular NFL style and the draft finishes serentine. For a significant amount of the team as a keeper or a dynasty, I prefer NFL style, though my feelings are less strong on this if there are separate veteran and rookie drafts
