chester
A friend left his laptop in the car last night and the temp got well below zero. He said it wouldn't start up first thing this morning (haven't talked to him since then, don't know if it got going). Is this a long term problem or should it fix itself after it warms up? The LCD most likely must thaw out.
Big Country
Maybe you can ask rocknrobn to call customer service for you.
Randall
Put it in the microwave for a few minutes. The LCD should be fine as it warms up and condensation leaves.
