broncosn05
Hey guys got a 10 team draft tonight with some other guys. I think I have a much better rankings system and knowledge of baseball then most if not all of the other teams which leads me to my question. If they start running on a position what should I do? Right now I'm in the mentality that I just keep to my rankings and snag other positions while they're reaching. Is that right or is it sometimes better to take a middle guy in the process of the run? I've got the rules down but even being commish I made it very even so that there wouldn't be any cheating that I can see so that wouldn't factor into the decision. ebartender
I would use the same strategy in baseball as I do in football. You want to be the person who starts the runs not ends them. In baseball there are enough good players to not have to get caught up in runs.
