Facing a budget deficit that has passed the $1 billion mark, House Democrats Thursday offered a spending plan that would buy a MP3 player or iPod for every school child in Michigan. Not surprising. Typical Demo-crites approach everything in life with a short-sighted, knee-jerk reaction. They think with their hearts & not their minds. They like to call Bush irresponsible, but choose to turn a blind eye to any long term impacts some of their silly decisions cause. I can't say I blame them, they just want to do what feels right to them. But the neglect the real facts to a fault to suit their cause. You said it was ironic that iPods are bing banned for abuse, the thread is about Democrats wanting to put iPods in students hands.
