Locness_Monster
Trying to figure out if: A. He'll be a FF #1 QB this year B. If I can throw him back in the draft-auction pool and get him back for less than the cost of keeping him ($8). In my league he's thought of more as a #2 FF QB with upside. C. If I should trade him for Plaxico Burress ($12). This also seems like its going to be a QB light draft-auction. GONE (>80% chance they'll be kept): P. Manning T. Brady C. Palmer D. Brees D. McNabb V. Young P. Rivers Available (Probably): M. Bulger M. Hasselbeck J. Delhomme Thoughts?
Bronco Billy
Cutler did something no rookie has done in NFL history with the exception of Marino - throw for multiple TD passes in his first 4 starts. I'm not saying that Cutler will be Marino, but he showed a hell of a lot being thrown into the fire as a rookie with a struggling offense, and the offensive scoring went up an average of 7 ppg with him under center as a rookie. I honestly see Cutler as a future top 5 QB (not next year, but very soon) - he's got the goods physically & mentally, he's in the right spot and DEN's passing game positively thrives when the running game is clicking, and with the additions in the offseason I expect the running game to return to the top 5 in the NFL again. Cutler has some very good, athletic, young receivers in Walker, Marshall, & Scheffler, and the WR position is deeper this season than I ever remember it under Shanahan. I love Cutler's future prospects - and his upside is almost unlimited (well, not Manning unlimited, but pretty damn high).
