Big Country Posted June 6, 2007 Share Posted June 6, 2007 My wife and her sister are thnking of getting her Dad one of those digital picture frames, but I know nothing of them, but, as the family tech guy they are turning to me to determine what to look for, what is good, etc. Does anyone have one of these, and, if so, can you let me know how it is, what features it has and what options are out there. I have been looking at Amazon.com and their bestsellers for a while: Link I have heard the Phillips ones are very solid and but are much more money than others. They are more reliable and will last you longer, plus it's a namebrand. Most of the frames read directly from a SD or you can upload the pics directly from your comp. Be warned though as most frames don't have that much memory. Some have rechargable batteries as well, but all have AC adapters. I am probably going to save up for a Phillips one.
