Front Row
We just moved to a new home, with lots room for the kids to run. Far away from homeless crackheads and thieves . The one drawback to the property is the sulfer water, yech! Stinky stuff, It's a good thing I don't like to shower or brush my teeth or it would really bother me. There is a pretty elaborate water system installed that includes a retention tank , an injection pump to mix chlorine with the well water, then it goes through a carbon filter, and finally through a brine tank water softener. The culligan man here is an overpriced idiot , and if I ever have to deal with him again it will be to soon. That is a rant I will save you from. So again I have climbed the mountain and here is my question for the tailgate today, bleach or pool chlorine. The chlorine / bleach should be mixed at a ratio of 1/10 in the holding tank for the injection pump. Some I have asked recommend bleach others recommend liquid pool chlorine. whoopazz
All I can say is, Culligan SUCKS. My elderly mother (who lives 700 miles away) has sulfur water and those buffoons just rip her off consistently. I have tried in vain for her to get tough with them, but she's too old to play that game. Any chance of contracting a different treatment company?
