Fence Post
I have been offered Clinton Portis for Terrell Owens. My gut tells me not to do this...but I also know outside of Frank Gore my RBs are pretty weak... Does this trade make sense? League is a 14 Team League. I drafted 4th overall. ALOT of RBs were gone by the time I got my 2nd pick so took the best WR available at #2. My Team Poster Children 1. (4) Frank Gore 2. (25) Terrell Owens 3. (32) Adrian Peterson 4. (53) Tony Romo 5. #1 Niners Fan
How many WR's and RB's do you play? And do you have a flex spot? NEVERMIND the first sentence...didnt see the sig... Positions really shouldnt enter into your decision making, and here is why: If you dont make the trade, you start: RB1 - Gore RB2 - Peterson WR1 - Owens WR2 - Cotchery Flex - Chambers If you do make the trade: RB1 - Gore RB2 - Portis WR1 Cotchery WR2 - Chambers RB/WR - Peterson So if you make the trade, your flex is a RB, if you dont, your flex is a WR....so it really comes down to who you tihnk will score more, Portis or Owens....I would stick with Owens since it is a PPR league... T-Scorp
walk away from this trade. As stated earlier it comes down to do you think Portis will outscore TO.....
skol.vikes
Portis is a pretty risky RB choice this year. I would stick with T.O.
Eagle2003
You can get much better value for TO. Portis equals too much risk.
