Colston, Henderson back tonight

Saints' starting receivers have missed the last two preseason games, so Payton plans to give them some work tonight against Miami in the Superdome

"If they had been playing a lot in the last few weeks we would be resting them and playing more of (David) Patten and (Terrance) Copper," Payton said. "But with the reps that Patten has gotten and where he's at in his career, I want to back off on him some.

"I think that it's important that Devery and Marques get some work."

Patten, Copper and Lance Moore have taken the snaps at wide receiver in place of Colston and Henderson. Colston is expected to play at Indianapolis. Henderson's status is a bit more questionable.

"They're coming around," Payton said.
