MistaWrite
I'm in a 12 man PPR league where we start 4 WRs and/or TEs. Thus, as TE's don't have to be played, they were a littel easier to come by in this league than in most. Accordingly, I have 1 great one (A. Gates) and one could-be-great one (V.Davis) on my team, to go with Chad Johnson, Hines Ward and Chris Chambers. Johnson, Ward and Gates are no-brainers. But who sounds best between Chambers (new QB, new lease on NFL life against the Redskins) and Davis (superstar in the making, MNF, against Arizona) for Week 1? Bree22
tough one. it is always hard to start a TE over a WR. Chambers is very good if they throw to him. I don't think you can go wrong this week. I would go with Chambers being that he is the #1 threat in the passing offense.

Davis kinda plays like a big receiver, and will probably be the 1st option in the SF pass offense (like Gates) becuase of his size and ability. But you offer good logic too. Thanx. ts
Week 1, my thinking is you start Chambers ... he's the WR1 (albeit on a crappy team) so you'd hope he'll get enough targets to make some contribution FF-wise.
