matykus
Benson playing San Diego and A peterson splitting carries against Atlanta. I know you should always start your studs but Im not convinced Benson is one yet. Also the chargers are a tough team to run on. Any thoughts? cardman24
you gotta start benson at this point. peterson may light up the falcons but you drafted benson first for a reason imo.
NavinRJohnson
I'm in the same boat and it's not an easy question. Can Benson do more with 20 carries at SD vs. AP with 12 carries & maybe 4 catches at home vs. ATL? Probably not. Will Benson get 2 goalline TDs, while AP just looks good and doesn't find the endzone? Maybe. It's really a coin flip. I'm probably going to start Benson so I can watch what should be a great SD/CHI game. I don't even want to switch over to the MIN/ATL game. p.s. stop for replies
Square
Week 1, I'd lean Benson. AP is talented and I have him as a flex player this week, but I don't expect big numbers out of him until he has defined how much better he is than C. Taylor. Benson will get many looks and hopefully finds the endzone at least once.
Arachneus
Same pick -Benson well over Peterson. Wait on peterson till the talent emerges. My opinion.
watchurdaughters
At this point int he season I like to look at a player's potential for 'touches', I even did this while I was drafting. Benson will see the ball more than AP ... IMO
jaxfactor
Well, you rolled the dice and selected Benson in your draft. The big question is can he stay healthy and carry the full load. He's healthy now and despite the matchup, I'd have to go with him. AP will be splitting carries and although the matchup is better, I'd still like to see what he does first before putting him in my lineup. Benson is THE man in Chi-town. Most of the carries = my starter for the week.

JO-E
I have both Peterson and Benson and will be starting Benson. I always start the starter over the backup when its this close
