I got the mussels, the chorizo, 2 live lobsters chillin out in the fridge awaiting their doom. . .only thing is, I don't have saffron. I searched the store today and couldn't find any. And to tell the truth, I'm kinda glad because I wouldn't want to shell out for it anyway. So, if you're too cheap or just plain can't find it, how do you substitute for saffron?
