fairwarning
Performance League, no points for receptions One of the following three: Coles @ Baltimore - tough matchup Welker vs S Diego Kevin Curtis vs Washington - A terrible Wash secondary Thanks Edited September 14, 2007 by fairwarning
blueapple
Toss up between Coles and Curtis. While Cinci ate up the Baltimore secondary, they had Palmer at QB, not Kellen Clemen. That being said, I would still take Coles. He is a better WR and the coaches should find ways to get him the ball.

Ram Fan
I wouldn't play Coles with a backup QB vs Balt. Go with either Welker or Curtis...I give the edge to Curtis b/c of the matchup.
muskee
In defense of my team, I can't say the Ravens secondary got "ate up". Palmer (20-32 for 194 and 2 TD's) played solid and Chad Johnson did what Chad Johnson does (95 yds, TD). Johnson's influence on the game pretty much ended at halftime and he was MIA the rest of the way. Palmer couldn't help but wind up with 2 TD's considering all of the Raven's turnovers (6) consistently giving them a short field. Coles is not Chad Johnson. Clemens is definitely not Palmer. And that Ravens defense is better than you think. Coles might wind up catching a TD, but he's not going to blow up against the Ravens. I would probably go with Welker. pig devilz
Welker will get plenty of looks when SD brings the D...maybe even a short TD this could be a dink n dunk/screen week for Brady, with a couple Moss/Stallworth thrown in
