Need TE

I am in need of a tight end this week, and can drop either Ladell Betts or Najeh Davenport. I am leaning towards Betts, as Davenport is my handcuff to FWP. I will probably lose T. Henry after week 9, so I will be thin at RB, so I hate to lose either, but.................?

 

Available TE's:

1. Donald Lee (GB)

2. Kyle Brady (NE)

3. Tony Scheffler (DEN)

4. Vernon Davis (SF)

 

That's about it. I'm 5-2, but facing a horrendous week 10, so I need to win this week, otherwise I would take a 0 and play Witten.

 

Any thoughts?

Well, I tried, but someone beat me to it on the WW tonight, and I ended up with Kyle Brady. Not sure if it was worth it.

However, Scheffler is still available, but left the field Sunday night limping. Also, Vernon Davis is still there, but a lot of ???????'s there.

That's alright, you're not really losing anything by plugging in Brady (or anyone else) for one week. That is, of course, unless he posts a negative.

Just read that Scheffler said he had a slight "tweek" of his knee, and did not reinjure his foot, and that he definitely will play Monday against the Packers. So, I dropped Brady and picked up Scheffler, who is reconnecting with Cutler, whom I also have to play Monday. Here's hoping!
