We've got a survivor pool going in our league and it's down to myself and the team I'm playing this week. I'm favored, however, need to make a call on which defense to start. My choices are the Lions or the Seahawks...... I'm leaning towards the Lions as they are blowing up of late and they are +9 in the TO category, and Arizona is -8 in the TO category, so it should be a good matchup. My other option is the Hawks on Monday night versus a struggling SF offense. Either help me reaffirm my choice on the Lions or tell me why I should go with the Hawks....... This is a big week for me also and I'm going against Seattle defense so I know they will play great. Also Detroit is not the same team on the road. Think back to when they went to Philly.
