alexgt93
Ok gang, I know they are not drafted until the last few picks of our drafts and are looked at as the red-headed step-children of our teams. However, my team is 8-3 heading to 8-4 and the only reason for 2 of those losses will be that we started the wrong kicker. So, I'm just taking a quick poll to see what you guys do out there. Do you just stick with the same one week after week?? Do you switch here and there depending on opponent, indoor vs. outdoor?? Like I said, I know it's a lame topic but these dang kickers are costing me money. Please help. Kevin
Judge Smales
I only draft one, pick up a 2nd for the bye week since we have frozen rosters for the playoffs I carry two the rest of the way out. Play the one you drafted every week unless bye or injury. This way you don't kick yourself over it.
Jackass
Try not to overthink too much but if one kicker ain't getting done for a few weeks, i'll switch him out.
Chavez
I try to find a kicker on a team with a good offense - you get a taste on every td, and if they don't punch it in you get the FGs. Indoor/outdoor doesn't make much difference to me. And I agree with the Judge (even though gambling is illegal at Bushwood) - don't waste a roster spot on a backup, just roll with one guy and use the spot on a promising young WR/RB handcuff or something.
