I find it interesting, but would like someone (wiegie) with a little more knowledge in banking policy and economics to either verify it, or tear it down. Savage Beatings Posted April 23, 2008 Share Posted April 23, 2008 Many many people have been blaming Greenspan (and his successor) for at the very least fostering (if not causing) the housing bubble and corresponding economic slow down. I've been reading articles about precisely that for a while now. IIRC wikipedia has a good article explaining the influence they've had on our current situation.
