Login Problems again

For the second time this year I cant logged into the main site I never had this problem in the years I have been here. The problem I am having is it says invalid pw I can have my pw sent to me and it is correct I can also change my pw but still cant logged in. The first time this happened I use the online chat and the person reset my account and it worked fine for about a week. Now when I use the online chat and when I tell her my username, pw and email she say she cant locate my account even though I can still have them send me my pw threw the email and can still change my pw.

 

Anyone else had this problem? Also it not my computer system blocking something because I cant logged into it at work also

I'm having the exact same problem right now. I tried logging into the main site and it said my password was invalid. I had it emailed to me, I copy/pasted it exactly from the email, and it still says invalid password.
