I have Randy Moss, S. Holmes, Galloway, and S. Moss on my roster, with Hasselback as my QB. I clearly need an upgrade, and Cutler has looked sharp - thoughts? He was taken later in drafts and so far has been undervalued. I think Galloway is injured. If you are comfortable running with Moss and Moss...go ahead. hasslebeck won't be doing much this season. CrazyAnime Posted September 15, 2008 Share Posted September 15, 2008 Not nearly as good as Cutler IMO...I have Cutler in both of my leagues (apparently no one else believed in the Shanahan 3rd year history with QBs) History lessons people...I know the subject made you fall asleep in school but damn! Cutler just netted me 52pts single handed in my money league and it would take a gun to my head (literally) to get me to part with him for anyone...not bad for a 7th round pickup...especially paired up with the 28pts in week 1. There was only me and one other owner who hadn't drafted a #1 QB at the time and he was the guy I wanted all along, so I knew it was time to pull the trigger then. I also liked their schedule this year and he came on at the end of last year when I had him. I would be lying though if I thought he would have started out this HOT! Let's just hope he keeps it up all year! There is no way I would trade him for S.Holmes, so I can see why that owner pulled the offer off the table. Brees is not bad though and you do need a good QB and he should be a Top 5 QB by the end of the year, so you may want to consider the counter.
