How should I rank the waiver QBs?

I plan to drop Devery Henderson to add a 3rd QB, since I figure with three decent QBs, I can find one each week with a favorable matchup. Then, once all of their byes are over, I would drop the worst of the three to add depth elsewhere. I can put in multiple waiver claims, specifying to drop the same player. How would you rank Edwards, Campbell, and O'Sullivan in a league with the following QB scoring:

 

1 pt per 40 yards passing 1-200

1 pt per 10 yards passing 201-1000

6 pts per passing TD

If this is your 3rd QB, I would roll the dice with O'Sullivan. He will have more 300yd games than either Campbell or Edwards.
