Furd
There is a tab that allows you to accept a change or all changes. With Word 2007, its in the review menu.
DemonKnight
I received a word doc from someone with the following comment: "If acceptable, please "accept" the track changes." ...how do I do that? Is that where the edits someone makes to a doc are highlighted and referenced in the margins? If so, you can right click each change and click accept.
