fury2008
I'm in the playoff's. Need Help. Do I play Brandon Jacobs against Philly, or Thomas Jones against against the 49er's? Jacobs may only play half the game, and Philly is tough against the run. Thomas Jones seems like a better choice, but most of the projections favor Jacobs. What do you think? JetFanMike
I think I'd have go with Thomas Jones. Better matchup, and better bet to get more playing time (both of which you said). And if either of them ends up ahead in a blowout, TJones will get carries, Jacobs may come out and give up a lot of PT to Derrick Ward. Please see http://forums.thehuddle.com/index.php?showtopic=275107 Agreed. Plaxico has historically been the Eagles achilles heel when playing the Giants, so without him in the lineup I think all their attention will be to temper their running game and make the G-men one-dimensional. Particularly because they were burned by them for 219 rushing yards in the first matchup. Even so, they are still a top 10 rushing defense. Jones is healthier, in the top 5 for both rushing yards and TDs on the year, and he has been scorching since their bye week - in that 8 week span, he's had a TD in every game except Oakland, where he still rushed for 159 yards. He's also a threat in the receiving game.

Who else do you have? Chris Johnson from Tenn - I'm starting him for sure Ronnie Brown - I've got Ronnie on the bench this week. Thanks!
