Who to start?

I'm debating between Santana Moss and Nate Burleson as my WR3. Also debating between Greg Olsen and John Carlson at TE. Moss has the better matchup but the Skins will most likely pound the ball w/ Portis. I don't know if I want to start Burleson and Carlson together since they will be fighting for catches, even though they both got theirs' last week....any advice is appreciated!

I'd go with Moss and Carlson. Right now they are each the #1 guy for their QB -- Santana's got big play potential, and Burleson might not be 100% yet. And after Carlson's game last week, I think you've got to play him over Olsen -- he was very streaky last year, but put together a bunch of good ones in a row. And I think the Bears are gonna try to work Matt Forte into the short passing game (they didn't use him last week), and that would hurt Olsen...
