Judge Smales
Ok, three weeks in and Celek is the #2 TE in our league. I picked him up last week since I need to cover Gates bye week in a few weeks. Just curious what others think about Celek, I haven't seen him play yet, but he seems to be getting a lot of looks. Not sure if this is since he is Kolb's second look every play or is he really a big part of the offensive plans. Any Philly homers have a thought? I am hoping Gates finally has a big game and I can trade him and keep Celek the rest of the way out, but not sure what his role will be when McNabb comes back. Company of Heroes
Really tough to say if he keeps this up, since I think Kolb and Celek are good friends and roomies on the road. Either way, his play has probably earned him some attention in the offense and he will likely have solid value moving forward. -Heroes
bpwallace49
He also had a good start when Mcnabb was throwing. The Eagles threw to TEs around 140 times last year. This Celeck has no competition for those looks. I expect the trend to continue until someone can stop it . . .
ReturnToSender
He was the steal of this years draft, I love this guy.
shadow451
I have watched him closely being an Eagle fan...he appears to be the real deal. Good hands and gets open often. He was targeted by bot 5 and Kolb, so I don't think it matters who is taking the snaps...he should be a big part of the offense all year.
