The Irish Doggy
How the heck do I change the programs that automatically start up and end up in the toolbar when I boot up my computer? 2 ways that I know: 1) If you are looking to disable a specific program, there is often a setting buried in an options menu. Try this first. 2) For XP: click run from the start menu --> type in msconfig --> click the startup tab you'll see a list of programs. type a program name into google to see what it is. unclick the stuff you don't need / want. unless you are absolutely sure what you are unclicking, let it be... you may disable your anti virus or other important program. That's the ONLY way except for going to "Startup" on the main menu and deleting from there. If you want to talk about this, PM your phone number and give me a time to call you. Be careful regardless.
