Small web development company of currently 8 employees. One senior developer just left to go back to his old job so we have his position, plus an additional Sharepoint Developer and a business analyst position. Plus we really have more business then we can handle. Recession? Hasn't been felt in this company.

I see several of these positions listed on various job boards and have applied to a few... to no avail, of course. Maybe I don't have enough tech knowledge? I've performed due diligence on multi-million dollar real estate transactions, which oftentimes involves the analysis of the builder partner our investors are looking to get into joint ventures with. Guess that's not good enough. :wacko:
