JOEKLEZIE Posted October 29, 2009 Share Posted October 29, 2009 I can't imagine that what a kid did in HS has any relevance to the NFL Pickhing him up totally depends on how deep your roster is, who you'd drop, etc. When y'all compare averages, you also need to take into consideration the number of carries. Would Charles have the same average if he had 132 carries versus the 23 he has had this season? I picked him up in one league only. I agree that it depends on your cicumstances, if you have room at the end of your bench then sure. Another thing to consider is while K.Smith is on the PUP he has been practicing and Charles and Smith actually split first team carries in practice so far this week. I suspect it'll take a few weeks for Kolby to get up to speed. So Charless better secure the starting job while he'll have the chance. Totally agree...and he's coming off of a knee injury so you never know how that will hold up. Just wanted to get the info out there to everyone.
