Chloroform Rx
Kyle Orton: Plays on Monday night against a good defense (Steelers). Eli Manning: Plays against a good pass defense (Chargers). Both are at home. Who would you start? I usually always go with my Monday night players but against the Steelers defense, I just dont know if it's worth it. Manning has been looking HORRIBLE the past three weeks and seems to be on a downward spiral. You can see him planting wierd on his bad foot lately, so I dont trust him in this matchup. Sure orton is coming off a bad week at Baltimore, but I have a feeling he'll rebound against the steelers (Who haven't looked AS menacing as they did the beginning of the season.) mabucfan
Tough one - but I'm going to say Orton here. I think you'll get more of a high scoring game out of Denver-Pitt, more chances for Orton to air it out! Good luck, see my post when you have a second. JimmyKerrigan
Has Eli Manning ever thrown a left-handed interception in the end zone? Kyle Orton shouldn't even be on a fantasy roster. 9 touchdowns going in to week 9? That is embarassing. Your fantasy quarterback should be capable of scoring two TDs MINIMUM. irish
I would't be thrilled with either option but would start Eli this week.
RJV
Not even a tough decision, Eli is on the verge of being dropped if he doesn't turn it around this week. Go with Orton. Edited November 7, 2009 by RJV
Favre4ever
Without question you go with Eli...Orton is terrible and you will regret it if you play him...
