SpinalTapp
I am kicking the tires on this one as I am worried that (1) Mangini will not feed Harrison the bulk of the carries, (2) Browns Offense with Anderson will stink, making their bout with Oakland a very low scoring affair, and (3) Fred Taylor may play this week against his old team, stealing value from Maroney - who by the way, plays the 3rd ranked rush defense to begin with. With all these counter balancing issues, who do you start as your Flex player for all the marbles - Maroney or Harrison? Thanks
ts
I still see Maroney as the "safe" play (9-14 FF points?) with a lower upside, and Harrison as the swing for the fences play. Somehow I just can't bring myself to trust any CLE player. Sure, Harrison could go off for another large game, but he could also get stifled or not even see the bulk of the RB work this week. Unless you think you need to play the risk/reward game to win today, hoping that Harrison can put up another 20+ point game, I think the generally solid if usually unspectacular Maroney is the way to go. SpinalTapp
Here is some more info on my matchup - may help you decide if I need to swing for the fence or play it safe. On Friday, he started P.Rivers and R.Bironas - he got 22.56 out of Rivers and 6 pts out of Bironas for a total of 28.56. I started CJohnson and Gates. I got 23.9 out of Johnson and 13.4 out of Gates for a total of 37.3. Here is who he has left: MJD vs Pats Snelling vs Bills Mendy vs Ravens DJax vs Broncos Manningham vs Cowboys J.Finley vs Hawks Cowboys DST vs Skins (2 pts for fumbles, & Ints; 1 pt for sacks; 6 pts for TDs - start with 10 pts for pts against and 10 pts for yds against. I see Cowboys easily getting 18 - 25 pts) Here is who I have left T.Brady vs Jags Ricky vs Texans R.Moss vs Jags Akers vs Broncos 49ers vs Lions Reggie Wayne vs Revis or M.Sims Walker vs Pats J.Harrison vs Raiders or L.Maroney vs Jags I believe our matchup will be very close - with every point counting. Let me know if you would go for broke (Harrison) or play the safer, lower reward route (Maroney). Part of me wants to put this decision on the playing status of F.Taylor - if he is active, I go Harrison. If he is out, I go Maroney. Also, any last thoughts on Wayne vs MSW are appreciated. djryan21
I'd go with Maroney. You want something more predictable being the Championship Game. I have both players and am trying to decide between Maroney vs. B.Edwards vs. Vernon Davis. Would you use either of these players as a Flex over the other? Thanks DJR

I would take the RB touches every time and go with LM. Only way I play VD is if you have a gut call that this is the week (vs a crappy Lions D) that he breaks out for two TDs. I stick with the RB. djryan21
Forgot to add that we get a point per catch as well. Thanks DJR. Good luck
