MikesVikes Posted May 11, 2010 Share Posted May 11, 2010 So my son lost his cell phone last weekend. Fortunately we have replacement insurance to cover a new one. I went to the Verizon store after work yesterday. They gave me a booklet that has a 800 number to call or you can go on-line to file a claim. I filed the claim on-line at 7:30 pm last night. I only had to pay $39 for the deductible. The new phone is shipping overnight and will be here today. UPS picked up the package at 2 AM this morning in Kentucky and it was in Minnesota four hours later. So does the US post office work like this?
