tazinib1
for the laptop when I'm on a gig away from home. I must say, its cheaper and faster (3G) than most of the bigger carriers (Verizon,ATT,etc etc). Pretty impressive for $40 per month with no contracts or overages. Plug and play and your streaming faster than DSL. They also offer a wireless modem that can connect up to 16 devices for $99 that I'm considering as well so that roomates in the hotel and even next door co-workers can all connect without paying the bullcrap prices hotels charge for internet service. If you walk through my building, most people who bring their personal laptops into work have a cricket usb wireless. What you said above is about dead on (I work for one of those carriers you mentioned above).
