SEC=UGA Posted May 24, 2010 Share Posted May 24, 2010 NEW HAVEN, Conn. — Connecticut state police say a van carrying former President Bill Clinton was hit from behind on the Merritt Parkway while he was on his way to deliver the Class Day speech at Yale University. (AP Photo/Jessica Hill) Clinton told WTIC-TV on Sunday that the accident was "just a fluke" and that he only suffered from minor abrasions when his assistant, who was fellating him, was jarred by the impact and bit down on his penis. State police Lt. J. Paul Vance says traffic was nearly at a standstill just north of New Haven because of another accident when a civilian vehicle struck the Secret Service van carrying Clinton at a very low rate of speed.
