Steelhead
my team Orton Gore, DWill, M Bush, Mcgahee R Moss, Smitty, Ward, Knox Need TE Hartley NE I pulled off a trade where it boiled down to me trading Clark for randy moss. So I need to get a TE. I will have my choice of Keller or Hernandez and I am putting in for Keller. I will also be able to choose Hillis. I am thinking of passing on Keller and grabbing Hillis and dropping Michael Bush. Hillis will then be my RB3 for bye weeks. At this point I think he's got more upside than Bush or Mcgahee (keeping Mcgahee due to Rice injury) and I can most likely get Hernandez in R2 of waivers. Scoring in signature line. TIA! Shorttynaz
Tough call.. Hillis is proving to be an effin stud. But... Look at the division he's in. He has to play Baltimore twice, and the Steelers twice. There's 4 games where you severely need to temper your expectations. On top of that, Cleveland will be playing catch up a lot this season limiting his 2nd half production. On the other hand, Keller is also an effin stud! He's become Sanchez's security blanket, and a beast in the red zone. Some people think that when Holmes comes back his value is gonna be hit a little, but I think he's only going to become MORE valuable as he's going to have linebackers covering him. Dude is a WR playing the TE spot. In my opinion, he's gonna finish the season as one of the top 3 fantasy TE's. And with that, it's hard to pass on what's to come ahead. It's tough to pass on Hillis, but I think you're better off grabbing a stud while you can and then play the matchups for your flex/RB3 each week. It'll be easier week in and week out knowing that you're gonna get 15-25 points on a consistent basis from your TE whereas Hillis (playing against the Ravens and Steelers) will be limited.. Take the consistency in Keller! Just my 2 cents. Edited September 29, 2010 by Shorttynaz
