Here are my RB and WR's Vick, Romo & Palmer Moreno, Williams, Hightower, McGahee I would only start Palmer on bye weeks and I think Rice is a clear upgrade over Hightower. QB heavy league and We start... 1 QB 2 RB 1 FLEX (any position including QB). He is willing to do this now! Should I pull the trigger? Even though Alex Smith is playing great, neither is Palmer, so that's almost a wash..... seif Posted October 1, 2010 Share Posted October 1, 2010 You have Vick and Romo so you do not even need Palmer or Smith (except for bye week) Smith may pass more with the new OC so he is worth a shot. Palmer is looking extremly rusty. So like chinatown said that is a wash Ray Rice has top 5 RB potential, while Hightower is in a RBBC with Beanie. I would def. do this trade.
