matt770 Posted December 2, 2010 Share Posted December 2, 2010 It's hard to believe that my daughter can text this much, still get good grades & be on the 8th grade cheerleader team. She knows that if her grades drop, she loses the phone. When I was in HS, girls would talk on the phone for hours and hours. Now they text. I don't think the number of messages means much of anything as long as the grades don't suffer and she's not talking to older men she met on that Facebook. Despite my phone having a full keyboard thingie, it still took me 10 minutes to reply "u too". I couldn't find the f'n Y to type You. ETA: I believe that was my 4th text ever. detlef Posted December 2, 2010 Share Posted December 2, 2010 My dogs can't text. Thus, my wife and I can manage to share a family plan of 200 total texts per month. I do understand the text thing.
