Just rip to disk and use Handbrake to convert to ipad format. I don't think it's a dvd movie. It's more like a program that uses acrobat to show you each individual comic book. Just rip to disk and use Handbrake to convert to ipad format. i'm not sure the ripping approach will work here because this looks like an application program vs. just files or movies on a DVD. based on that, i'm not sure you can get something writting for the Mac OS to run on the iOS of the ipad. i would think there would need to be an ipad specific version. there is a marvel app on the ipad which does give you access to their vault of comics (of course with you paying for the comics you buy). i've not looked into it much in terms of what's available and pricing, but it would be worth checking out as i've seen nothing but good reviews on it.
