Venus
I'll drink most of those mentioned, but will always go with Yuengling first.
detlef
This is proving my dilemma - what beer should I keep on hand to appease most people? There is nothing remotely close to a standard here. You could cover all bases with a Bud Light and Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Among the big boys, Bud Light seems to have the most loyal following and SN Pale will be good enough to appease anyone who actually likes beer. It's also not nearly as expensive as most other craft beers. Others mentioned Guinness, but that seems to be too much of a niche beer. For instance, I'm almost never in the mood for a Bud Light and not exactly often in the mood for a stout. So, I'd be sort of stuck. On the other hand, I can't imagine a time when a SN Pale would just not appeal to me, even if, deep down what I really wanted was a stout.
